Considerations for Teaching People to be Successful Entrepreneurs and Business Owners:
- Constantly focus on personal growth and development as it’s directly tied to real financial success.
- Read books, blogs and magazines about entrepreneurship, starting and running a business, etc.
- While there are all sorts of ways to earn money it may be wise to focus on those ways that you are both passionate about and earn money while you sleep ie passive/residual revenue (income).
- Consider starting an online business. For example, consider publishing ebooks (my favorite), affiliate marketing (my second favorite), drop shipping, selling your own branded products, blogging for dollars, selling on Amazon, selling on Ebay, etc.
- Find a coach/consultant/mentor to help guide you through the process. They tend to be the real shortcut vs. cutting yourself short.
- Participate in online groups, forums, etc. that deal with entrepreneurship, small businesses, joint ventures, etc.
- Attend live seminars, workshops, conferences, teleconference calls and webinars whenever possible. It’s been my experience that at these events it’s not necessarily the super star speakers you’re going or suppose to connect with, but the people who are attending in the same or similar capacity as yourself.
- Being a entrepreneur or owning a small business is not a get rich quick scheme, but from what I’ve experienced, read about and learned from others MOST PEOPLE have the greatest chance of earning relatively large amounts of money the fastest by starting online businesses.
- Remember that wealthy, rich and financially abundant people have several sources of revenue. Start with one, but always think about how you may start another and then another and yet another in due time.
