The self made millionaire said when he thought about how to live comfortably he figured he should have two primary revenue sources. One revenue source would be used to pay for his living expenses and the other would be used to save money.

From his savings the self made millionaire said, he invested some of the money to create several passive revenue sources. Once the passive revenue became constant from different sources the millionaire said he would take regular vacations and buy those consumer goods he’s always wanted. He mentioned he paid cash or cash equivalent for those consumer goods.

The self made millionaire said this relatively straight forward plan ensured he would be a disciplined entrepreneur, business owner and investor. The more consumer goods and vacations he wanted the more he was forced to increase his passive revenue sources to pay for those things and before long he had more money coming in than he originally planned. For instance, when he wanted to buy a new sports or luxury vehicle he would create a new revenue source to pay for that item. Once the item was paid for in cash, the new revenue source didn’t stop it continued, so he was left with more money than originally planned through the years.

The self made millionaire was sure to mention it didn’t really matter what industry you were in, how much formal education you had or how physically attractive you were. He noted he considered himself about average when it came to these things, but when it came to financial literacy, thirst for knowledge in personal growth and development while working both hard and smart he fashioned himself truly exceptional.

There was something else the self made millionaire noted. He mentioned while money wasn’t all important it sure did help to have enough of it when it came to buying the foods he desired, living in the home he envisioned and it’s location, in addition to the vacations he took, vehicles he drove and philanthropy.
